What to look forward to this week!

Hello fans! Now that I have a little more time, I’m back to giving you all regular updates. This week I’m finishing up the Ming Hua vs. Nancy bracket fight and animation, and will be releasing it either on Tuesday or Wednesday. Likewise, I will be releasing an animation of the Rudra vs. Gisela fight from before, and I’ve been working very hard at trying to animate the Tamora and Rukhsana Redemption Fight. The problem with that fight is both women’s costumes are so risque that half of the frames are flagged by the model, so I have to make more rendered frames and try to get around it. I can’t promise that one will be finished, unfortunately. But if it is, I’ll be dropping that this week, too.

What else? I’m finishing up the animation for the following Finisher Theaters: Darian’s “Open Wide” (on Spektra) and Abayon’s “What’s Poppin” (on Seon Mi). I’m making two more FInisher Theaters this month- Harrison’s “Boxed In” on Stalker and Stalker’s “Vaporflate” on either Ghoul or Rotten. I am also going to try to fit in Nightmare’s “Incinerate” on Tamora.

The website is under construction. When it is done by late next week or so, this is what you can expect:

• A fully functional store with various “aisles” for Fights, Finisher Theaters, Bio Cards, Books, and (future) Posters and shirts.
• A forum (DM me, I’m looking for a mod). This will be for lore/character discussions, pose pack designs and Daz and animation stuff, fight discussions, tournament discussions.
• A tournament voting system just like in Patreon
• A three-tier membership just like in Patreon BUT you will, unlike Patreon, be able to subscribe to Finisher Theater again (as I explained before, moving this feature off-platform is due to payment processor pressures).
• A fully interactive Character Select Screen which opens up into bios/bio-animations when you click the character.
• A newsreel/column with updates.

Keep in mind, Patreon will still be up as its an engine for discovery and some people just feel more comfortable subscribing on Patreon. BUT if you want regular access to Finisher Theater without having to buy each one separately, subscribe on the website. Currently, the website is in its old form and lacks all the features I mentioned above, but the team is hard at work!

NEXT:

I am currently looking for collaborating artists. WHY? As animation becomes more democratized via various models available, I am looking to move the project toward a “story mode” of four films that span the events of the books. This is a LONG TERM project, but having more hands on deck would be awesome. I am also looking for people to help promote Bloodblade on X and other social media outlets. And finally, the big kahuna- working toward making the GAME. As always, DM me if interested and if you have skills to bring to the table and we will discuss.
